Kicker was founded in 2012 as a software development studio by Roopak Majmudar. Kicker has a history of over a decade working with SMBs and startups, providing technology implementation and consulting services.

Post-acquisition, Roopak will join the business on a full-time basis, dedicating all of his energy in carefully growing the company. He is committed to carrying the company's successful legacy forward.
