We pay a competitive 1% buy-side fee for an introduction that leads to a transaction.

For example:

• If the purchase price is $5M, referral fee = $50,000
• If the purchase price is $15M, referral fee = $150,000
• If the purchase price is $30M, referral fee = $300,000
